1. PROCESSING TIME
Order Processing: 2–5 business days
Each piece is:
– Handcrafted to order
– Energy-cleansed using traditional feng shui methods
– Quality-inspected before packaging
– Carefully packaged for safe transit
Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.

2. SHIPPING TIME & CARRIERS
Transit Time: 15–20 business days after dispatch
Shipping Carriers: USPS, DHL, FedEx, or local postal services (depending on destination)
Total Estimated Delivery: 20–25 business days (processing + transit)
Tracking Information: You will receive a shipment notification email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to become active.

IMPORTANT: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before completing checkout.

Address Changes & Cancellations:
– Must be requested within 2 hours of order placement

– After 2 hours, the order is handed to the carrier and changes cannot be made
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

9. DELIVERY ISSUES
Failed Delivery / “Return to Sender”:
If your order is returned due to:

– Unclaimed package
– Failed delivery attempts
The customer is responsible for:
– Original shipping costs (non-refundable)
– Return shipping fees charged by carrier
– Reshipping fees for redelivery
We will contact you to arrange reshipment once the package is returned to us.
“Delivered” Status:
We are not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:
1. Check with neighbors or building management
2. Verify the delivery address
3. Contact the carrier directly
4. Wait 24-48 hours (sometimes marked delivered early)

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, TAICHI GEMSTONE is not liable for lost or stolen packages. We recommend:
– Requesting signature confirmation at checkout (additional fee)
– Using a secure delivery location
– Tracking your package closely near delivery date
