1. REFUND ELIGIBILITY & TIME FRAME

Refund Window: 30 days from delivery date

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:
– Your item is defective or damaged
– You received the wrong item or variant
– Your order was lost in transit (carrier-confirmed)
– Your package was undeliverable due to carrier error

Important: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date shown in tracking. After 30 days, we can no longer offer support for your claim.

2. RETURN POLICY

IMPORTANT: We do NOT accept physical returns for change of mind, sizing issues, or subjective reasons.

Returns are ONLY accepted in the following cases:

✅ Undeliverable Packages:
– Package returned to us as “Return to Sender”
– Incorrect/insufficient address (carrier-confirmed)
– Refused delivery or unclaimed package
– Customs issues preventing delivery

✅ Wrong Item Shipped (Our Error):
– We sent the wrong product, variant, color, or size
– Must be reported within 7 days of delivery
– Return shipping paid by TAICHI GEMSTONE

In these cases, you must contact us at support@taichigemstone.com before the item is returned. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

❌ We do NOT accept returns for:
– Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
– Subjective reasons (“energy doesn’t feel right,” personal preference)
– Customer ordered wrong size/variant
– Damage caused by customer (improper care, accidents)
– Items past 30-day window

3. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT

If you believe you are eligible for a refund or replacement, please contact us within 30 days of delivery:

✅ Unboxing video (strongly recommended for damage/quality claims)

Our customer service team will review your request within 24-48 hours and provide further instructions.

IMPORTANT: Items sent back without first contacting customer service will NOT be accepted or refunded.

4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We take pride in our craftsmanship and quality control. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, we will make it right.

Eligible for Refund or Free Replacement (within 30 days):

✅ Manufacturing Defects:
– Poor workmanship or craftsmanship issues
– Stone setting defects
– Clasp or chain malfunctions
– Material defects

✅ Damaged in Transit:
– Item arrived broken, cracked, or damaged
– Packaging shows clear signs of shipping damage
– Must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos/video

✅ Wrong Item Sent:
– Different product than ordered
– Wrong variant (size, color, stone type)
– Missing components or accessories

NOT Covered for Refund/Replacement:

❌ After 30 days from delivery date
❌ Damage caused by:
– Accidents or drops
– Improper care or storage
– Exposure to heat, chemicals, moisture, or harsh conditions
– Normal wear and tear
❌ Subjective reasons when item is not defective:
– Changed mind
– “Energy doesn’t feel right”
– Personal preference or style
– Ordered wrong size/variant (customer error)
❌ Aftermarket modifications or third-party alterations
❌ Customer-caused delivery failure:
– Incorrect or incomplete address provided
– Refusal to pay customs duties/taxes
– Package unclaimed after “Delivered” status

5. LOST OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

We work with reliable carriers to ensure safe delivery. However, in rare cases, packages may be lost or undeliverable.

Cases We Handle Directly (Refund or Replacement Offered):

✅ No Tracking Update for 3+ Consecutive Days:
– Contact us with order number and tracking link
– We will follow up with the carrier on your behalf

✅ Lost in Transit (Carrier-Confirmed):
– Carrier confirms package is lost
– No “Delivered” status after investigation
– We will issue refund or replacement after verification

✅ Carrier Error Preventing Delivery:
– Carrier misroute or operational error
– Package never shows “Delivered”
– Undeliverable due to carrier mistake (not customer error)

✅ Return to Sender Situations:
– Tracking shows “Undeliverable,” “Incorrect Address,” “Insufficient Address,” or “Return to Sender”
– We will review on a case-by-case basis
– Customer may be responsible for reshipping fees if address was incorrect

NOT Eligible for Refund — Customer Must File Claim with Carrier:

❌ Tracking shows “Delivered” to correct address:
– Suspected theft after delivery
– Package missing after carrier marked “Delivered”
– Customer must file claim with carrier or local authorities

❌ Delivery failure due to customer reasons:
– Incorrect or incomplete address provided by customer
– Customer refused delivery
– Customer refused to pay customs/duties
– Package unclaimed at post office

Customer Responsibility for Reshipment:

If a package is returned to us due to customer error (wrong address, refused delivery, unclaimed), the customer is responsible for:
– Original shipping costs (non-refundable)
– Return shipping fees charged by carrier
– Reshipping fees for redelivery

6. REFUND PROCESSING TIME

Once your refund is approved, we will process it within 3-5 business days.

Refunds are credited to your original payment method:

💳 Credit/Debit Card: Up to 10 business days
💰 PayPal: 3-7 business days
🏦 Other Payment Methods: 5-10 business days

Note: After we issue the refund, additional processing time is required by your financial institution. If the credit has not appeared in your account after the timeframes above, please contact your card-issuing bank or payment provider.

7. REPLACEMENT PROCESS

If you are eligible for a replacement instead of a refund:

5. Defective item may need to be returned (we provide prepaid label if required)

Replacement items are subject to availability. If the item is out of stock, we will offer:
– A similar item of equal or greater value
– Store credit
– Full refund

11. CANCELLATIONS

Order cancellations are only available within 2 hours of order placement.

To cancel your order:

After 2 hours, your order enters our handcrafting and energy-cleansing process and cannot be canceled.

If your order has already shipped, you may refuse delivery or follow our return process (fees may apply).
